What El Refugio is like

El Refugio climbs from Carrera 4 towards the eastern hills, right above El Retiro and La Cabrera. It is a neighbourhood of short, tree-lined streets with fifties and sixties houses, many turned into buildings with few apartments, plus some large new projects.

Buyers here want quiet, views and a five-minute walk to the Zona T and Parque de la 93. Supply is smaller than in Chicó and apartments tend to be large, from 150 m² upwards, with some of the highest prices per m² in the city.
